Limited & Lifetime Warranties

We offer a 1 year warranty when you hire us to properly install your bamboo, and we offer a lifetime warranty when you become a new bamboo member! Although it is difficult to kill bamboo, we will replace it if the root system completely dies; all we ask is that you don’t let your bamboo dehydrate. It is especially important to hydrate after below-freezing temperatures subside. Our cured manure compost will protect your bamboo root systems in below-freezing temperatures by continuously providing heat due to the high nitrogen content from the decomposing manure.
